We don't sell heads. We sell and ship outcomes.
TeamW2S is a Colombo-born digital crew of strategists, designers, engineers and marketers. We work as your Elastic Digital Team: a dedicated core that stretches when the work does.
01 / OUR STORY
Same crew. Sharper suit.
We started as a small team of makers who'd rather ship than pitch. Word spread, clients around the world trusted us with their storefronts, booking engines and lead machines, and the crew grew.
Along the way we noticed something: our best work happened when clients had a dedicated core team that could flex up for launches and down afterwards. So we made that the whole model.

02 / HOW WE OPERATE
Four rules we actually follow.
01
Outcomes over hours
We measure ourselves on sales, bookings and leads, not timesheets.
02
Small core, big range
A tight team that knows you, with specialists on tap when needed.
03
No black boxes
Shared boards, weekly demos and honest reporting. Always.
04
Serious work, unserious vibes
We take the numbers seriously. Ourselves, less so.
03 / THE CREW
more crew joining soon… Who you'll actually work with.
04 / CAREERS
Curious makers wanted.
Designers, engineers and marketers who like shipping more than meetings. Elastic works both ways: you'll rotate across brands, industries and problems.
